In the style of director Amy Heckerling, this soundtrack (a collaboration with DJ Virginia Plain) follows the story of straight-laced Russell Corcoran, dumped by his girlfriend and expelled from law school following a single careless decision. He attempts to hide from reality by taking a job at the local independent video store – only to find purpose, redemption and romance among the store’s eccentric staff and quirky cast of regular customers.
